We developed and managed the change strategy and rollout of a major PeopleSoft implementation impacting 22,000 users across Australia & NZ. Key challenges included managing multiple sites and remote users. Our effectiveness was due to a strong stakeholder strategy, communication management, business readiness activities and end-user training and documentation.
Asia-Pacific
We delivered a change strategy and blueprint to support the implementation of a new system (SAP) across HR Payroll processes. Challenges included implementing a sound change program for 5000 employees, combined with accommodating major cultural and language issues. We delivered job impact, business readiness, communications, stakeholder management, and training for all staff on ‘the new way' of working.

Developed change strategy and led the rollout of a new business system (Peoplesoft v8) for General Ledger. Although the impact was ‘narrow but
deep', required tight stakeholder management
and communication management, participate in process facilitation, and develop innovative end-user training due to geographic and remote challenges.

We developed and led the change management effort on an SAP upgrade that impacted 3,500 users nationally. Challenges included managing a user group that was ‘wide but shallow' across all areas of the business, and the requirement to focus on end-to-end process view of all jobs. We included a strong focus on effective communication and stakeholder management and end user training.

Follow a merger, we developed a change program to support a fast adoption of SAP for users of the newly acquired organisation. Our Change program required innovative and sensitive stakeholder activities and complex communication management including management of key messages for external customers, focusing on retention.

During this engagement we facilitated a global process agreement between key international stakeholders to prepare for the Australian implementation of new Oracle 11i implementation. Australia was the first site to golive with HR self-service, and therefore particular importance was placed upon develop a robust change management program. We implemented the full suite of change activities for all employees across 16 sites. Particular emphasis on communications, job impact, end user training (a combination of instructor led and computer based programs), business readiness and stakeholder management.
Europe
Following the success of Australian transition to Oracle 11i, Europe's Project Team requested assistance with developing a successful change ‘toolkit', to be tested across impacted countries within Europe, and later adopted by internal resources as the standard change approach. Challenges included managing multi-cultural and lingual complexities across Europe, as well as numerous regional boundary issues and constraints.
