With over 20 years combined experience gained with ‘Top 5' consulting firms, the Changeworks team has an established track record of managing change across multiple industry sectors and user groups. From an ERP perspective we have completed over – 10 SAP, 4 PeopleSoft and 6 Oracle – combined implementations.

The success of our approach is attributed to pragmatic business initiatives that ensure acceptance and rapid transition to a new way of working. In addition, a risk mitigation focus produces robust and measurable outcomes.

Changeworks Consulting has leveraged their experience and knowledge to develop a robust ‘toolkit' and delivery method to support the strategy and implementation of change programs. Key Strengths


Our combined strength lies in:
  • A Core team of local change management consultants who have experience in a wide range of industries including Manufacturing, Production, Agri-Business, Finance, Retail, Mining and Automotive.
  • A team who have completed over 23 large scale ERP engagements in the last 5 years.
  • Experience on both local and international ERP engagements. Local projects have involved working at sites across all States and Territories. International ERP experience includes Europe, Singapore, Thailand, New Zealand, UK, Japan, USA, Middle East and Korea.
  • Experience in implementing change across large groups of users. Our most recent engagements have involved 6,200 users in 16 sites across Australia, 8,000 users across 8 European countries, and over 22,000 across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Engagement experience that focuses on managing remote and disparate groups of users. Several of our ERP engagements have required targeted training and communications for staff and stakeholders in remote locations.
