Melinda Waters
Melinda specialises in large scale IT and business change projects, with a particular focus on leading and managing complex transformation. She has extensive experience in project management, stakeholder management, job and organisation redesign, communication, business readiness, project team development and end user training.
Melinda has gathered extensive experience through managing over 15 large-scale system projects, (eg. SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle), that have impacted audience groups from 2000 to 22,000, across local, Asia-Pacific and international implementations. She has assumed numerous lead change roles for both private and public sector, across manufacturing, financial services, automotive, telecommunications and, frequently manages large teams of consultants and client resources.
Roz Rapke
Roz has managed change management activities on numerous large-scale ERP engagements including SAP, Peoplesoft and Oracle both locally, and internationally. With extensive international experience in managing complex communication and change initiatives, Roz specialises in leading practical and effective approaches to communication and change management, developing and implementing strategies to enable organisations to achieve critical changes rapidly, and with the support of key stakeholders. Her sound judgement in mitigating business risk ensures minimal business disruption throughout the transformation, with experience in monitoring the project health and business readiness of large-scale change.
Roz's broad experiences span a variety of business sectors range from Manufacturing, Banking and Finance, Energy and Natural Resources, Government, Professional Services and Retail, to managing successful IT implementations within small and large organisations.
Denise Wright
Denise is an experienced Change and Training Manager, with over 8 years experience in the training and change consulting field. Denise specialises in learning development, change and training strategy and implementation, with particular experience in ERP systems and business transformation programs.
Denise's systems and process strengths provide a solid base for developing technical solutions and managing user-acceptance activities. Her focus on ‘the bigger' picture through all aspects of the change approach provides a thorough preparation for users, via an emphasis on end-to-end process knowledge and education.
Denise's experience across a variety of business sectors range from Mining and Natural Resources, Banking and Finance, Manufacturing, Government, Transport/Logistics and Technology. Denise has consulted within small and large organisations, including multiple sites, within both global and national companies.

Justine Chittick
Justine Chittick is a senior member of the Changeworks Consulting team, responsible for training strategy, management and implementation. Justine's expertise with training strategy, scoping, audience analysis, and training design makes her a sought after resource. Prior to joining Changeworks, Justine was a consultant with an international management consulting firm, responsible for a range of assignments involving learning and performance solutions to support large scale ERP implementations.
She is frequently requested to manage training rollouts from end-to-end, working with technical and functional streams to create strong, pragmatic and ‘best fit' training to provide the best support possible to impacted audience groups. Justine's thorough understanding of business processes, documentation, and end-user training methods provides a solid platform for ensuring impacted users are prepared, confident and competent on day 1 of the change.
Justine has worked on over 7 ERP engagements including 6 SAP engagements as well as MFG/Pro, Kronos and DiMS implementations. Justine has both supported and managed the training management activities on these projects.
Jill Harbrow
Jill's professional career includes over 15 years operational and consulting experience in Organisational Change, Communications, HR, and Project Management. Jill's corporate and industry experience spans Financial Services, Manufacturing, General Insurance, Retail and Distribution, Mining and Minerals, including Public Sector, Automotive and Telecommunications.
The focus of Jill's work has been HR, change management and communications to support large-scale systems implementations, mergers and acquisitions, business re-organisation, and transformation programs.
The core delivery focus of her consulting work is the development and implementation of change management and communication strategies, including organisation-wide stakeholder management and communication processes, organisation design, workforce transition, business readiness and training needs assessment.
Prior to working in the consulting industry, Jill worked in the financial services sector in various roles including HR, ER, Change Management.
